FUNCTIONS OF AUTOMATIC WINDING MACHINE

1) The PP and PET strapping Automatic winding machine uses a servo motor for winding, suitable for PP strapping belt with a width of 5-19mm. The appropriate width is selected via the PLC touch screen for winding and rewinding, eliminating the need for manual gear and belt slot changes.
2) After winding a full roll of strapping tape, the machine automatically stops, replaces the paper tube, cuts the strapping tape, secures the strapping head with a clamp, and then automatically changes the roll for rewinding.
3) The rewinding axis is controlled by a servo motor in torque mode. The rewinding torque can be set and adjusted via the PLC touch screen, ensuring optimal rewinding torque for strapping tapes of varying weights and widths, minimizing any bending or deformation after rewinding.
